1) Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: directly from you, automatically through the Services, and from third parties you connect or that help us operate our Services.

  • Account & Contact Information. Name, email address, password, organization, role, and communication preferences. If you contact support, we collect the contents of your message.
  • Billing Information. Payment details are processed by our payment processor (e.g., card brand, last 4 digits, transaction metadata). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & Device Data. IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, and feature interactions to help us secure and improve the product.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies, web beacons, and logs to remember settings, maintain sessions, and measure performance. See Cookies & Tracking.
  • Third-Party Services. If you connect a third-party account (for example, analytics, auth, or calendars), we receive information as permitted by that service and your settings.

2) How We Use Information

We use your information to operate, improve, and protect the Services. Typical uses include:

  • Provide, maintain, and personalize the Services you request.

  • Process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Analyze performance and develop new features and offerings.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Send marketing communications with your consent or as permitted by law. You can opt out at any time (see Emails & Marketing below).

3) When We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described here:

  • Service Providers. Vendors that help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, customer support). They must protect your data and use it only as instructed.
  • Affiliates. Entities under common control, consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal, Safety, and Compliance. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property of users, us, or others.
  • Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, we may transfer information under protections consistent with this Policy.
  • With Your Direction. We share information when you ask us to (for example, integrations or exports).

4) Cookies & Tracking

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. The Services may not work correctly without them.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are set. Some features may be limited if cookies are disabled. We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5) Your Choices & Rights

  • Access, Update, Delete. You can view or change certain account information in your settings, or contact us at [email protected] to request access or deletion (subject to applicable law).
  • Emails & Marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in the message. We may still send transactional or service notices.
  • Integrations. You can disconnect third-party integrations at any time; doing so may affect related features.
  • Preferences. You can manage cookies via your browser settings (see Cookies & Tracking).

6) California Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), including the right to request access to and deletion of certain personal information. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law and respond within the required period.

7) International Users

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules. We will handle your information as described in this Policy.

8) EEA/UK Notice (GDPR)

When the GDPR applies, we act as a data controller for your personal data. Our legal bases for processing may include: (i) performing a contract with you; (ii) our legitimate interests (e.g., to provide and improve the Services, ensure security); (iii) compliance with legal obligations; and (iv) your consent (where required).

You may have rights to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing (including direct marketing). You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9) Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.
